The excel sheet will give your recommended target weight range, it will show you your lower and upper BMI range. 

The excel sheet has a great chart that will track your weight loss, it also shows a great summary of your start weight, BMI and your weight loss.

How To Use Weight Loss Chart Tracker

The way on how to use the above weight loss tracker chart is you simply enter your weight and your target weight, into cells I2 and I3 of the spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet will automatically display your recommended healthy weight range for you height (based in BMI).

Enter your start date and your initial weight into cells B25 and C25, in the bottom half of the excel spreadsheet .

Every Time you weight yourself(which should be once a week) enter the date you weighed yourself and the new weight on the table.

Your progress will automatically be displayed in the chart on the top left of the spreadsheet, and summarized in the table on the top right of the spreadsheet.
