Made with whole wheat spaghetti, shrimp and other ingredients like paprika, cannellini beans, garlic, diced tomatoes , you can stir fry these together into a tasty and healthy dinner for the whole family.

This meal is higher in calories but it’s sure to fill you up with the pasta, veggie and shrimps.
This recipe also works well with other seafood, like crab meat, scallops or your favorite seafood.
6 oz whole wheat spaghetti
6 oz shelled deveined shrimp
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tbs olive oil
Half of a 15 oz can cannellini beans, drained
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Half of a 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Heat pot of salted water to boiling.
Cook pasta as label directs.
Reserve 1/2 cup pasta cooking water.
In bowl, stir together shrimp and 1/4 tsp paprika, set aside.
In skillet, heat oil. Add beans and garlic. Cook until garlic is golden.
ADD tomatoes, red pepper, remaining paprika and salt. Cook until tomatoes begin to release their juices.
Add shrimp, cook until cooked through.
Drain pasta, return to pot.
Add shrimp mixture, parsley and pasta water, toss until combined, then SERVE...

Cooking Time: 20 minutes
