Oriental Beef with Vegetables



1 lb. ground beef

1 large onion, coarsely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 1/2 cups (8oz) frozen vegetable medley

(carrots, broccoli and red peppers) thawed

1/2 cup stir fry sauce

1 can (30z) chow mein noodles


Cook beef and onion in wok for large skillet over medium-

high heat until beef is no longer pink, stirring to break up

meat. Drain fat. Add garlic, stir fry 1 minute. Add vegetables;

stir-fry 2 minutes or until heated through. Add stir-fry sauce;

stir-fry 6 30 seconds or until hot. Serve over chow mein noodles
