Mango Salsa Grouper - If you love fish and looking for a great summer meal try this Mango Salsa Grouper.

These fish fillets are brushed with some olive oil and then grilled, not fried, so it’s a healthier meal. 

With the mango salsa that you are going to make from fresh it’s a great summer meal.

Mango Salsa Grouper

This flavorful fish is perfect for the summer when mangos are in season. With the sweet taste from the mango salsa this is sure to satisfy your taste buds.

4 servings


1 finely chopped mango

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped poblano or green bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped red onion

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar


ground black pepper

2 teaspoons olive oil

4 grouper fillets (5 to 6 ounces each)


1. In a medium bowl, combine the mango, cilantro, red bell pepper, poblano or green bell pepper, onion, and vinegar. Toss well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate the mango salsa for at least 2 hours. Preheat the grill to mediumhigh. Coat a piece of foil with cooking spray and lay on a grill rack.

2. Rub the oil on the fish and place on the foil over the coolest part of the grill. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily. Serve with the mango salsa.
