3 large sweet potato(es), cut into 1/4 inch thick fries, peeling optional
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 teaspoon(s) cumin
1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt, to taste
1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Toss the sweet potatoes with the olive oil, cumin, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well coated. Lay on a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until potatoes are crisp and lightly browned, flipping once. Serve hot.
