Week 1 Workout Plan

Hello everyone I want to welcome you to my first newsletter. Below you will find a full week workout plan, a diet plan that you should be following while doing the workout plan and also a great recipe that you can try.

Workout Program Week 1

Day 1 you will start with cardio, first you will warm up 10 minutes on a cardio machine of your choice for example: exercise bike, treadmill or elliptical machine, then you will move on to you cardio workout.

Cardio Work:

Easy: 3 Set, Intermediate 5 Sets, Advance: 7 Sets

2 minutes rest

High Knees 20 secs Basic Burpees 10 secs High Knees 20 secs Basic Burpees 10 secs High Knees 20 secs Basic Burpees 10 secs Elbow Plank 30 secs Rest

Once your done make sure you cool down and then do 20 minutes of cardio on a cardio machine.
